I'm biased because I edited, published, and have a story in this book. But despite all of that, I'm happy with the collection because, like oil and water, it's not always easy to remove conflict to reach a resolution and the stories found in this book reflect this.

Since I edited and have an essay in here I'm slightly biased. However, by the same standard I had to read many of the stories dozens of times so I think that makes me an expert. I'm really proud of the diversity represented here and the array of talent and especially the generosity of spirit that made this book happen.

I contributed an essay to this anthology, the proceeds of which are donated to charities along the Gulf coast helping both residents and the environment recover from the BP oil spill of 2010.

Enjoyed this as light reading. Passed on to my 15 year old who has since passed it onto a friend.
