A little bit different than her other novels, although the main character is still of a higher class. She shows the lower class at the time in a sympathetic light, and the main character is forced to become one of them through circumstance. Still romantic, still the idea of marriage being the saving point in both female and male lives (the girls get someone to guide to a high moral path, the men get guided) Read on kindle for free, check it out! :)
