This is a technical and scholarly work examining all aspects of food sustainability issues. The chapter addressing trade inequity, compounding food crisis, is especially sobering. I looked up several reports referred to in footnotes and endnotes to write my papers for NYU classes. All references that I checked for this purpose were accurate. This book thoroughly covers its subject and is a keeper for the reference shelf. Overall, excellent.
