A must read for all interested in eveolution of comic industry in India and role played by Amar Chitra Katha. Nandini gives a deep insight into the philosophy behind the artwork and the storyline. For most these comic books are the only reference for major epsiodes in Indian history. However it seems at times that there is undue bashing of Uncle Pai for his vision and there seems to be a deliberate effort to paint ACK as being driven by Hinduvata ideology
